We Love our Girls! We allow them to free range the property at their leisure.  We strive to keep our chickens happy and let them enjoy their lives. We do not put our hens under lights or stress of removing feed to keep them laying during the winter months. We allow them to have their natural rest time during the molt and allow them to take their time coming back into their laying season. Eggs are a bonus at our farm, not a business!
